  • Art Drop-Off Dates: January 14 & 15, 2019

  • Exhibition Reception: January 23, 2019, 5-7pm

  • Exhibition Closing Date: February 21, 2019

  • Artwork Pickup: February 25, 2019

Submission Guidelines are as follows:

  • You may purchase as many submissions as you would like, our shop platform simply doesn’t allow quantities to be specified on digital products, as inconvenient as that is.

  • Works over 50” in any dimension will not be accepted.

  • Works must have been created in the last 2 years.

  • 2D Works must have either a wire or d-rings to be hung. Sawtooth hangers, peg-holes, or any other hardware is not accepted. If your work has these forms of hardware, we will contact you to come exchange the frames on your work, or it will not be hung.

  • Digital media, such as animation, 3d models, etc. are accepted! We will have monitors to display these works.

  • Works priced over $250 are eligible for the purchase awards, if the artist would like to submit them for consideration, however the purchase awards are $250 only.

  • Works must be submitted digitally to our email as a jpeg, mp4, or other standard file format. If your submission cannot be viewed, we will contact you to fix this issue.

  • Works on paper must be framed to be hung, unless they are in a book or other format, in which case they may be displayed on a pedestal.

  • Works on canvas need not be framed, but may be framed if you would like.

  • Sculptural works must either be free-standing, and fit through a standard sized doorway, or fit on a 1-foot square pedestal. Sculptural pieces may also be hung on the wall if a secure wire or d-rings are installed.

  • If we have any questions or concerns when hanging your work, we will contact you before proceeding.

  • If your work cannot be delivered by January 15th, please either arrange to deliver it to our President, Hayley Leavitt, or Visions’ advisor, Professor Jonathan Fisher before that date.

  • If you cannot pick up your work on February 25th, please arrange with Hayley to: pick it up at an earlier or later date, or have a friend or family member come pick it up for you.

  • If your work is not collected, neither Visions nor the Zuckerman Museum of Art is responsible for any damage or loss.

  • Visions does not offer refunds. No exceptions.

If you have any issues, questions, or concerns please feel free to contact us below, or by emailing us at visions.ksuart@gmail.com

If you need to arrange for special provisions in delivering or picking up your work, you may contact our President, Hayley Leavitt, at hleavit2@students.kennesaw.edu, or our faculty advisor, Jonathan Fisher, at jfishe51@kennesaw.edu .
