Hi! My name is Hayley Leavitt, and I’m the President of Visions. I’ve been in the club since the Fall of 2017, and was promoted to president when Dylan Williams Graduated. I am scheduled to graduate from Kennesaw State University in the Spring of 2020 with a Drawing and Painting BFA.

Over the past year my art has grown a lot: from hyperrealistic trompe-l’œil paintings and portraiture to colorful and abstracted landscapes. I find my work moving in a more abstract, conceptual route, exploring new mediums like encaustics and even assemblage. As well as undergraduate research, which has led me to a lot of great, new opportunities.

I traveled to Norway for a week in October, 2018, for the ISSOTL 2018 conference where I was a student presenter, speaking about Freedom and its Effect on Motivation, Productivity, and Creativity. Specifically in a studio classroom setting.

I also had work in the Georgia Lawyers For The Arts Annual Benefits Auction, and will have work in Toy Party in December.

In the future I plan on attending a graduate program, with the intention of becoming a professor one day.

Below you can find examples of my work. If you’d like to contact me, feel free to email me at or visit my instagram page @hayleyleavitt
